From a very early age I was fascinated by why we do things the way we do and how we connect with others, which later turned my attention to self-development and personal growth. This passion led me to study Psychology with the hope of using my knowledge and experience to create a supportive and empathetic environment where people feel safe to express themselves freely. I have a deep desire to help others who may be going through struggles and try my best to provide them with useful information or techniques that can improve their lives.
Although my university education in Psychology provided me with a solid foundation in theory, I was left with a feeling that I’d prefer a more practical, hands-on approach in the field. I wanted to gain a deeper understanding of the applied aspects of psychology and develop skills that could help me make a real difference in people's lives. That's what led me to complete an Advanced Life Coach Certificate.
On top of these, I have been drawn to mindfulness and meditation for many years. I think they are powerful tools for cultivating inner peace and resilience. To deepen my understanding of these practices and learn how to effectively incorporate them into my work, I decided to enroll in a mindfulness coaching course. Through this training, I gained knowledge and practical experience that can be used to help individuals overcome stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges with techniqes specificly developed to help focusing attention and practice being in the here and now.
I have also explored a variety of other methods including Nonviolent Communication and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP).
Beyond my interest in psychology, I am deeply passionate about nature, as well as art and dance. I believe that both nature, different artforms, and movement can serve as catalysts for personal growth, self-discovery, and healing.
I have attended multiple short courses related to art therapy and am excited to incorporate elements of this approach into my practice. Art can offer a unique and intuitive way to explore emotions, process experiences, and gain insight beyond words. Whether through drawing, painting, or other creative methods, I hope to provide a space for self-expression, unwinding, reflection, and reconnecting with yourself without pressure or expectation.

I believe that everyone’s path is unique, and there is no single approach that works for all. Each person has their own needs, preferences, and ways of exploring themselves and the world around them. My aim is to create a space where we can discover what feels right for you, using a variety of approaches that support your personal journey.
Whether you are navigating challenges, seeking deeper self-understanding, hoping to strengthen your connections with others, or simply looking for a greater sense of meaning in life, I am here to offer support at your own pace.
I also offer support to those navigating life with neurodivergence. I know how challenging it can be, and how sometimes traditional therapy just doesn't quite connect. My own journey has led me to develop practical ways of coping that might resonate with you.

I generally recommend multiple sessions, as working through challenges often takes time, but I also welcome those who prefer a limited number of sessions. Our work together can be tailored to your needs, whether you're looking for ongoing support or just a few conversations. I also offer the first session at a lower price to give you the chance to see if it feels like the right fit for you.
My services are available in both English and Norwegian, offering flexibility to suit your language preference.
